software update

whats the easiest way to get an update. dont have any problems but i have a old version. bought the car last april never had an update done

do you have nav or bluetooth? i think if the nav is slow is one issue,and i read others had bluetooth issues,dropping calls etc.. but you know this is comming, but search. there is tons of info on this site.

what makes you think that you need an update if nothing is wrong?

I'd like to get a software update, and maybe I could ask them to activate my alarm at the same time instead of shelling out $110.

I just told em the Nav arrow disappeared sometimes and the voice rec S/W was slow/pants and they agreed to do it..

You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
