193 M Sport Wheel Valves
Ive got a set of Genuine wheels that i,m going to use as my winters.
Problem is they came without valves fitted and i seem to recall reading somewhere on here (yes tried search) that a Guy was in same position as me and was ordering some new valves from BMW ? Does this mean that the valves are specific to the 193M wheel or will any valve my tyre guy has fit ? Anybody had to replace a valve have any ideas ? Really rather know in advance before my tyre guy floggs any old valve in with a rubber mallet :-) |

Looking at mine, they are just "any old valve".
And they don't hit them in with a mallet (rubber or otherwise), they are pulled through from the inside with a proper tool!! Mike |

Cheers for that, will take them in for their winters tomorrow.
I was only joking about my tyre guy. He,s an absolute star and very particular. He rolls his eyes everytime i bring him more runflats, takes 30min to change them making sure he doesn,t mark the rims then only asked for £3 a corner. I give him a Fiver each after pointing out that he had just put £2 worth of balancing weights on each rim. Proper gent |

Yeah, that post threw me too but after checking they're nothing special. You can even buy the exact same chrome valve capes from Halfords
