I dont know anything about the rebuild kits. i would rather just purchase new disas. however i agree $600+ for junk plastic is way to much $$. they should be around $150 each. this is the cheapest i can find oem disa. still to much for me but if you need here you go https://www.getbmwparts.com/

I agree, oem DISAs are the only way to go unless you want to rebuild them. Chances are oil usually gets into the board and screws everything up. You can try cleaning it up and greasing the gears along with the rebuild kit. But even that might not possibly work and is a gamble.
