Weird ticking noise that goes away...

So when it is cold out, and I start my car for the first 50 miles I hear this ticking sound when I accelerate that is similar to a playing card on bike spokes.. Its driving me nuts, any ideas to what it may be??

I honestly doubt it, it doesnt happen after i rev the engine, it happens during.. waste gate is only when boost is released
