I've been looking to buy a 2011 328i but I just found a 2010 in great shape. whats the difference between the 2 years?

Essentially the same. There may be some colour option differences, and some minor differences in part numbers for some things. If you've found a nice 2010 that you like, don't pass on it because it's not a 2011.

Thats not correct.

If you are referring to the sedan yes 2010 amd 2011 are LCI models

If you are referring to e92 coupe then there is a big difference between 2010 and 2011. Engine wise 2011 is a n55 vs a n54. Also 2010 is a pre lci while 2011 is lci models

You can always google lci vs pre lci and n55 vs n54

It is the sedan...the only major difference i can find is the led headlights.

Ummm.... I'm pretty sure the 328s the OP asked about have an N52......

I'm a sedan guy and forget that the coupes have a bit of a delay in the model release and LCI year.

yes I missed the 328 portion .

Yes coupes were actually manufacturer all the way to 2013 while the sedans only to 2011.
