The fuel trim almost hit 30% is that normal ?

Count the number of flashes. It's probably 5 which indicates meth flow fault. It is triggered by the Procede (not the DME) to help troubleshoot things like this. You need to log methanol flow when this happens. You may have to adjust your methanol target/injection mode value.

Yes. That is expected without methanol and Open Loop fuel set to 30%. But you can lower it if you want by increasing Open Loop Fuel (Map 1) from 30% to say 50%. With the OpenFlash flash in there, you have a lot of fuel capacity.

The open loop fuel for map one was set to 50%..
Also I just went to the smog test and got rejected, one stupid question: am I have to uninstall the OpenFlash before I go? Hhaha

Ok... then just raise it a bit more. Maybe to 70%. You shouldn't have to uninstall OpenFlash for smog. Unless, of course, you made some changes to the diagnostic routines (cat conversion code disables for instance.)

The reason you don't have readiness is because you have CANclear ON. Turn it OFF and all the diagnostics will work as it should. Whether or not your car will pass these diagnostics is unknown and beyond the scope of what we do.

Then it probably has something to do with your downpipes. Again, this isn't my thing. To pass emissions, our official response will always be "go back to stock."

I can't think of anything in the OTS base maps that would have an effect on emissions. Unless of course, your emissions tests involves a dyno and partial load testing. When you re-test, might as well play it safe and flash your original ROM back in.

A few things (Assuming this is a theoretical discussion):

1) Canclear off = yes
2) If you run catless DP's then bring o2 Modifier down to about 55%
3) Go drive the car for a while through the drive cycle to get all the readiness set. http://www.europeantransmissions.com...0Procedure.pdf

Above assumes:

1) your procede harness has the wires in place for the o2 modifier functionality: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=450494
2) later procede harneses don't include the o2 modifier wires at all. So assuming yours has them in place and if not, they are at least there for you to wire in.

Suggestion:

1) Buy a tool that can show you if you have all readiness set. There is a tool for $17 that works great on amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

2) If your procede wiring is not in place for o2 modifier, then go get an o2 sim from BMS and wire it in. Then go for the drive cycle.

Once done, don't forget to undo the changes to the o2 modifier setting.

Also, if you installed the OS tablet within 300-400 miles, it probably cleared your codes. You have to put significant miles on a car after clearing codes to set readiness again.
