As a Canadian scrolling through this thread…..
And I mean that in a good way. Since this board frowns on politics I won’t go there, but you guys down south have some really nice toys. |

As an aside, it wasn't till I watched "No country for old men" about six months ago (yes, I'm really late to the game on some movies) that I became aware that a silencer for a shotgun exists. That still blows my mind sometimes - just crazy. I initially thought it was just a Hollywood thing when I watched the movie, but then I googled it and found out they do indeed exist. Can't say I'd ever use one if I had the opportunity to buy one, but who knows. I'd certainly like to try one out. Just feels like it may take away the purpose for which I use a shotgun (clays and birds) as I have no idea whether you can put shot through it or whether it is slugs only. |

new gun day. sort of.
Glock Store 26X frame arrived today. Basically take your Glock 26 upper and mate it to a Glock 19 lower. So I call it a fat 43X. lol. ![]() |

Hey y’all, looking for some recommendations,
I’m looking to get a micro pistol for walking my dog in the mornings/nights. It would be kept in the belly pocket of my hoodie, maybe in shorts /pants pocket, which is why I’m looking for something smaller. Currently using a tactical belt, iwb with a Glock 45 at 5 o’clock but makes a noticeable print if not wearing my oversized hoodie and I don’t like reaching behind my back to grip it. -7 to 12 rounds, handle and mag needs to be long enough for my pinkie to grip. Hand is slightly bigger than average, I can pick up a basketball with my right hand -would like the ability to add on night sights and under barrel light -max length 5.5”, height 4” -the thinner the better, single file mag or narrow if staggered -internal hammer -thumb safety required, other safety measures a plus such as back of handle |

Here are a few pics comparing my P365 to my Shield 2.0, which is half the capacity of the P365. Last edited by Sedan_Clan; 11-24-2025 at 05:33 PM.. |
