How to connect new speakers in rear doors?

Hi all,
I have a 2009 328i I bought for my daughter for college. This car is fairly basic option wise, but it does have the iDrive CIC and S653A High
Definition Radio and S676A HiFi speaker system. But there were no speakers in the rear doors. I did see a place for them when I had to repair the rear window regulator. So I visited a pul-a-part yard and got 2 front door speakers.

I was planning to just wire them in parallel with the left or right front door speakers. But I wanted to find out first if the HD Radio has room for additional speakers in the back? I am hoping someone here can respond with if I can run the speaker wires to the radio or should I run them to the front door speakers.

Thanks,
David

The previous owner must have removed them. He probably had after market speakers and did not bother to put the original ones back. Having said that, the wiring should already be there and should be plug and play.

When you pull apart the door panels take a few moments and put on some sound deadening insulation.

Will not make any difference whatsoever. Placebo effect.

If the car is originally equipped as a S676A car it would not have speakers in the rear doors, only the front doors, under the front seats and on the rear deck. A S677A Logic7 optioned car would add speakers in the rear doors and a center channel speaker and the appropriate wiring and additional amplifier channels to run them.

Rear speakers on rear window shelf or doors dependent on body
style. e91's are in the rear doors. I believe the convertibles are in the
rear sides to.

If there is a hole for them that is where they go.
