I don't think you'll find a sucker on the forums. Why not sell the Prius then buy one? Good luck regardless.

Average trade in for OP's car is $10,500 (NADA). Average trade in for a 2009 335i 6MT (no sport, no idrive), with 67000 miles is 13500. So, with OP's offer of "cash in addition" it may not be a bad deal for someone who is in the market. Not me, but maybe someone?

I don't think anyone with a 335 wants to "upgrade" to a Prius..... just speculating.

I have no problems fixing cars, a high mileage 335i would be fine for me. In the DC metro- the Prius is a lifesaver, especially if you have a bad commute.

I also have another Toyota:

Another pic w/my amazing Prius in the background- my old GT-R's plates still on the Supra:

A "sucker"? Laughable..

The Prius has nav and leather and relatively low mileage. If I throw 2k on top, it'd be a decent trade for a 335i. I will sell it as a last option, sometimes it's easier to just trade.

We're not talking a trade for an m3 or an m5....we're talking about a dime a dozen car for a dime a dozen car. Get off your high horse. I've owned several 335i's already, it's not me trying to scam anyone, I'm just looking at options. What better place to find the car I want (335i) then a e90 forum?

I sold my e60 m5 here with no issues, trade plus cash from the buyer. I wasn't trying to scam anyone and never got any complaints w/that one.

But thanks for the "good luck", and apologies in advance- I'm having a shit day that started at 3:30am.

Thanks, Pete. As you've mentioned, I do realize the 335i's are worth more than my Prius.

What the hell is wrong with you? This has NOTHING to do with the value of the car, I know damn well that a 335 is not that expensive. What I was saying is that nobody on this forum will likely want to trade their 335 for a Prius, regardless of the fact that they might be close in value. I didn't say it was impossible, I just said its very unlikely. And I could care less about you selling your M5 for no issues since that has absolutely nothing to do with what I said, do me a favor and read everything thoroughly next time.

Point out to me the part where I stated "upgrade", please. Got logic?

Trolls aplenty in this forum nowadays. This is what happens when prices fall on cars and kids start buying them. Got moderation?

Bunch of idiots up in here...

Glad you got your car sold OP Nothing wrong with having an appliance as a commuter/second car at all. If anything, it would give you bozos more time to wrench on your BMTroubleyous.

Speak for yourself bro, generalizing what over 1000 members may likely want just makes you look ignorant
