WINNER!

As pretty as this N54 engine bay looks, the layout is going to change. Rob is getting the Motiv 750 Single Turbo Kit, aren't you Rob. Happy for you man, your DIYs have been a big help for me and I am sure many others in the community. Looking forward to that Motiv 750 DIY from you.

Hey Rob mind letting me know where you got your vacuum lines? My blue silicon ones rated for some temperature... They smell like burning rubber after driving

The aluminized tape they sell actually reflects more radiant heat than the "gold" and is cheaper too, but it doesn't have the bling factor.

imo OP's bay is > than Rob's.

Rob's is better in practicality, but not looks.

Nice looking bay, what material is that insulation under the turbo?
Dude that looks insane. Do you find your engine bay to be particularly noisy without the engine cover? I know that quiets down the injectors quite a bit

What if you take a 1/4" wide strip of tape and put it vertically in a somewhat hidden area on the reservoir, but somewhere you could still see if needed, and paintng it black. Remove the tape and now it blends in but you can still check the fluid level without removing the cap.

Or if you want to get real slick, remove it and get some black RIT dye boiling and dip it in real short increments to just make it look smoked so you can still see the level

These might be helpful...
