Omg....pe getting installed!
Finally pulled the trigger on get this on(I'm waiting right now for it)
So after much research, debate, humming and hawing I decided this the best route to get good sound without being obnoxious and being a sound financial transaction for me. I have considered AA but being in Canada has stopped this idea in its tracks and not to mention the cost for shipping/duties then install was going to pretty much be the same as pe. Considered a custom set-up....but this has me raising to many what if questions(would I like it,too loud etc etc) So will report my initial review in a couple hours. So excited!!! |

I bought mine new through eBay and paid $935 with free shipping. I paid local muffler shop $80 to install it, after the BMW dealership quoted $200 for the install.

Yap, do it!
I gave a PE in few weeks back... authorised local dealer.... roughly 1100 $ (fit-up included) ....never ever, not even once thought like regretting a single buck spent.... |

Nice. Pair with the aFE race pipes for a bit more fun.

PE with secondary cats and Supersprint headers is still not loud enough to be a problem even at WOT. Loud enough to make ya grin though. Open headers sound sooooo much better but the cops tend to notice, dammit.

I'm debating about going Fully catless but the 5-0 has me second guessing myself!

I was thinking going secondary cat delete......anyone here just punch them out?
I did this on my zx-12r and gave that beast a nicer rumble with just a slip-on yoshimura pipe....I don't want to cut them out but if I could punch them out.....hmm |
