If I stay away from the beach, and you don't mind a last minute person, I may stop in for a couple of hours. I think I am about 50 miles away and I need an excuse to get some more break-in miles on the car.

I noticed quite a few attendees haven't signed up to contribute anything.

There's an unwritten rule that whoever doesn't bring an item has to handwash and Zaino another member's car

Somebody go to Target and get 6 cheap plastic table covers...PLEASE. Unless you want to eat and serve food off of wooden tables that have been subjected to the elements and multiple scecies of woodland creatures.

That item is a MUST.

How are we for essentials like napkins, cutlery, paper plates, buns etc?

I'll grab a bucket of chicken on top of my main dish....

I got all the cutlery last night...but leaving the paper products, baked stuff, and table cloths to others...

I have:

1 - FFx County park permit for our gathering
3 - bags ice
100x - plastic forks, spoons, and knives
2 - 30x cases bottled water
1 pair tongs, BBQ tools (spatula, etc)
1 huge bag o' chips

Will also bring a dessert of some variety

Also will have 1 box of BMW marque goodies for giveaways
1 large roll of raffle tickets

Planning a Friday stroll around Costco w/ my buddy F1 and we're good to go.
