N52K 323 to 325 conversion
Hi,
I am new on this forum and just have my 323 E90 arrived from Japan to Finland. I am going to do the 3-stage intake manifold upgrade on the upcoming weekends and parts for the swap is already purchased. I am going to do it like it was done on the thread: https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1757847 Next step would be the software upgrade to it. I would like the factory 325 software on my engine and gearbox. My car has the N52K engine and MSVC80 ECU. The 7 last digits of the VIN is NE70429. I found the “reference 325” from same production line manufactured couple of days earlier with the similar configuration. The 7 last digits of the VIN is NB99023 for that car. I created two projects for the cars on the bimmerlabs and for 323 I got 2 stock tunes and for 325 there is 3. I was not able to find any RSA Delete for the cars. Where that can be found or is it so that the bimmerlab tunes are not available for those configurations? If that could be somehow solved, then the next thing would be the power class update to the 325 software. How to do that or would there be someone who will do that for me and create/source correct files for me. I am willing to pay some compensation for the effort and I created a tuner request to bimmertune, but I have not got any responses. Do you have any advices for the issues? |

U.S only had 3.0L engines(325-330) for the N52 so most will not know much about the 2.5L; This is also where most of the bimmerlab users and tuners are located.
Canada got the 323 which had the 175hp(MSV70) and 200hp(msv80) 2.5L which had the 3 stage manifold and slightly differed from europe. Not many users are tuning the 2.5L so you might have to pay for the stock 215hp 2.5L swap tune to be made(or at that point go performance tune); not sure if the RSA differs between the 2.5L and 3.0L N52s either |

Hey i tried the same i added a extr disa valve and wanted tot tune my car with bimmerlabs. Unfortunately if i put in my vin it doest show a tune.
So i asked some tuning company’s but they said they wont go futher than 185 hp because the is “the save margin” for my car. I thougt that was big BS so i want to tune it myself. Can someone help me Msv70 N52b25 Auto trans Vin ND15285 Thanks |
