As I've now ordered a new F10, which should hopefully be with me in mid December, I have for sale my much cherished set of MV3 winter wheels as run on my E90.

When I decided to go down the winter wheel route after I bought my car I opted to give the BMW winter wheel packages a miss, as IMO they are far too expensive and look pap.

I hunted around for a set of genuine MV3's and bought these in standard silver from a fellow member who had upgraded to something bigger.

Despite them being in very good condition at the time, I decided to have them fully stripped, powder coated and lacquered before fitting them with Falken HS439 Eurowinters.

The paint colour is 'Milky Anthracite' and the finish is exceptional and easily exceeds OE quality. I wanted them to be as close as possible to my OE 'Ferric Grey' M Sport Plus alloys and these are slightly darker.

They are in the correct M-Sport staggered fitment 225/40/18 up front and 255/35/18 at the rear. They are free from cracks and buckles and have been exceptionally well cared for.

The wheels have seen me through two winters and in total will have done no more than 3000 miles. Prior to being fitted each winter they were sealed with Poorboys, had copper grease applied to their hubs and have been stored in a nice dry garage when not in use.

Now, unfortunately (as the wife drives the car!) both near side front and rear wheels have picked up some 'very minor' curbing which I've fully shown in the pictures. I do not suggest they would require any more than a front face repair. Other than what is shown all wheels are perfect.

The Falken's have been fantastic and I can highly recommend them. I was the only thing moving in my road last year which was hilarious.

I'm looking for £750 collected so if anyone is interested please post up on here rather than PM'ing me to avoid disappointment, even if it is just to make me an offer. I'm in no rush to see them go.

I'd be loathed to split them at the moment, purely for the hassle. I'll hang on in for a bit longer before I go down that route but thanks. I'm sure someone will be after a nice set of winters before long.

Chaserplus, you could probably take them for £800 and make back £300 or more on the tyres if you so wished. I wouldn't personally go for reps, I looked into that before I bought these and read some bad posts about quality. Also I don't think reps are staggered

To buy a set of wheels and tyres, have them delivered (£40) and then have the tryes removed (£20) and mounted to my wheels (£60) to sell the wheels for £500 doesnt really stack up.

One option I'd consider is to sell my MV3's for £500 and buy these. Saving the cost and hassle of having tyres removed/fitted...

Sorry, never saw this. Wheel Genie, Huntingdon. Brilliant job, highly recommend them. The owner's a BMW enthusiast as well.
