Dog ring gearbox
Does anyone have any experience running a dogbox?
Turns out Samsonas has a bolt-up for the N52 although the shift rod needs to be a bit longer. The propshaft does too but Martynas thinks they can make the flange longer to eliminate the problem. Was going to make measurements today and let me know. Also asked if he could measure the difference in length needed for the DSSR. And the price is reasonable, considering. Sequentials? Not so much. Searching online hasn't yielded a definitive answer to how easy or likely it is to damage the trans when downshifting. Any help would be appreciated. TIA
