E90 Xenon AHL - Flash to Pass bulb type

Hey do you guys know what type of bulb this is? The E90 bulb list seems to be just for halogen lights (why isn't it separated by headlight type )

I have an e90 with Xenon AHL and need the flash to pass (inner) bulb code. Any help would be appreciated!

EDIT:

Its 55w H7

The flash to pass lamp is halogen! (Xenon HID cannot switch on as rapidly, they have a warm up time.)

Nah xenon has one too, its just a halogen bulb in towards the center of the car.

Pull stalk back = engages H7 flash to pass bulb
Push stalk forward = engages high beams, exposes whole xenon bulb behind projector lens

The E92 and E90 LCI xenon uses HID flash to pass.
