Love the progress man it looks WAY better than when you first got it! Does your car not have a sunroof?

Took the lip off and sprayed it gloss black, looks a lot better now!
Hadn't been painted when I mounted it on the other day, was just a black plastic finish.

I like the front drop! one of my bigs peeve is when ppl buy lips and or stack lips then park on a drive way ramp nose out showing how low they are with the lip near the ground. then i look at their fender air gap only to see i can fit a fist inside lol. im like cummon now! youre not really low youre like studio low.

Had posted this on a thread I made in the UK section but a photo of how it's sitting at the moment;
& a horrendously poor quality video from my brother's 4s that I rotated online and lost even more quality! Rolling;

I'm guessing a lot of others have the same problem of their seatbelt handover not catching the seatbelt.
My passenger side works fine but drivers side doesn't so I had used the method of straightening the belt (or ironing) and it worked for a little while then stopped again. Accidentally fixed it yesterday.. I pulled it out, and kept pulling until a little piece snapped and flew out. Now it works every time! This is what it looked like pulled out, the red arrow is pointing to where the piece of plastic flew out from. Blue arrow is where there was a spring before it snapped out. Still there just not extended anymore. This is the piece that flew out..

Was out tinkering with the rear setup today.
Maxed out my camber as far as it will naturally go, haven't measured what it's sitting at but as far as I'm aware it'll be somewhere between 2.5/3 degrees of neg camber. Wheel set up is now sitting a bit better too.. 8.5" et18, 215/35/19 fronts 9.5" et12, 225/35/19 rears Will get some pictures tomorrow hopefully and fire them up

Haven't got a picture to compare before & after, but this is how the rear is sitting now.
Maxed out as far as it'll go.. Fronts are maxed out with the alignment pin removed, can't get that much until I get some camber plates, then I can match the front with the rear and add a little more poke.

They're actually 215/35/19 fronts and 225/35/19 rears. Will have to correct that!

SOOO LOWWW
that rolling vid is crazy! i would be scraping my splitter every few seconds on the london roads. How is your tyre wear going to be considering the camber? |

Cheers dude, love the ride height. Get so many likes for it, although the most common question I get is how the hell do you drive anywhere? Lol, easy enough though as long as you are prepared to hear scraping haha!

Tyre wear shouldn't be toooo bad, actually going to go round to the tyre place in the next day or so and get an alignment done. As long as the toe is zero'd it shouldn't be all that bad, seeing as it's worse for causing wear than the camber itself. Thanks man, I'll be continuing to update this so feel free to check it out every now and again. Always updates! & still have a lot more plans to come!

Damn how did I miss this thread?? Beautiful car man, excellent work and attention to detail. I'll definitely have to look into red lamin-x esque stuff for the LCI tail look. to the untrained eye they def look like LCI tails at first glance.
My parents are flying into Belfast tomorrow i believe. i dunno if that's anywhere near you, i'll tell my dad to keep an eye out haha
